Our thermostats, programmers, and timers have a 3-year warranty with our wired mechanical room thermostats (RTM) and the motorised zone valves (MTV) having a 2-year warranty.

 

Our electric heating products benefit from a 3-year warranty on their electrical and electronic components.

The warranty on the heating body varies depending on the product type:

5 years for steel electric towel rails.

10 years for aluminium electric panel heaters.
