With the multi-home feature, you can control connected devices in multiple homes using a single MYNEOMITIS account! In addition, the MYNEOMITIS BUILDING application on your computer provides an overview of your property portfolio: it centralises all the data from connected properties and makes it easy to read key information. In the event of an anomaly, such as unusual consumption or a loss of connection, automatic alerts immediately inform you so that you can intervene remotely or on site without delay.
 


 

Detailed consumption monitoring

 
The MYNEOMITIS application includes detailed consumption indicators for each device, each area and each housing, enabling accurate monitoring of energy efficiency. You can view your tenants’ consumption in real time, consult historical data and compare performance over different periods. In addition, the MYNEOMITIS BUILDING application on your computer brings together consumption data from all connected housings: comparative dashboards, performance indicators and consolidated reports make it easy to identify housings with high energy optimisation potential and measure the impact of renovation actions.
 


 

An interoperable and scalable ecosystem

 
Designed to integrate with building technical environments, the MYNEOMITIS ecosystem is compatible with several communication protocols: WiFi, Bluetooth®, Zigbee and RF 869 MHz. This interoperability makes it easy to integrate devices of different generations or brands and connect them, for example, to an existing home automation box, without any installation constraints. Zone configuration

 
Zone configuration allows you to group your devices by flat, floor or wing of the building. By grouping equipment with similar requirements, you can adjust the temperature of an entire zone with a single action: reduce the heating in an entire flat, maintain comfort in living areas or adjust a single floor, without having to manage each device individually.
 

 
 

Sub-account management

 
The MYNEOMITIS application allows the creation of sub-accounts dedicated to tenants with customisable access rights. The owner retains overall control of the system while offering occupants the ability to adjust the comfort level in their accommodation.
